About us:

Wow, where to begin. Let us just start with it has been a journey of discovery, trials, tribulations and the importance of being a family and staying true to ourselves. 

It runs in the Family.

Rae and Lou! These are our middle names. We are sisters also, BUT it goes deeper. We named ourselves after the respect of our parents that allowed us to do what we do creatively. Our father is Ray. He has shown us how to be critical thinkers, stay very cool in times of high stress and to utilize what we got to make it work! He has been a foundation in teaching us how to plan, think big and also to stay humble. Our mothers name is Lucy! We shortened it to Lou. She has been the major inspiration in pursuing our dreams. She teaches us how to be crafty, artistic and to ensure our business is profitable and respected. She has always been our biggest cheerleader and our hardest critic! But that’s parents right!

I would consider myself to be our core operations and marketing lead! I love the connections we make and the relationships we build with our clients and our brands. With a long history of administration and planning, I provide the logistics, the interpretation and translation of my sisters crazy awesome ideas into more tangible and relatable terms. Together we are able to really cater to all types of clients. I am a fitness warrior, traveler, yarn enthusiast, a foodie, and love myself some chill-hop.

I am a lead creative designer that can see the vision and find the means of executing the production, build and creation of all the crazy awesome elements we dream up for our clients. With over 10 years in design experience and event planning, I have been able to hone in my craft and really find joy in challenging myself to create custom pieces that can bring ideas to life! I am a mom, a business owner, a crafting addict and I love cheeseburgers and onion rings. 

My sister and I are complementary to one another and it is what really makes us work!
